Our flat-rate prices: 40 gal gas $2,495 · 50 gal gas $2,795 · 75 gal gas $3,495 · Power Vent $4,495. All prices include the unit, install, permit, haul-away, expansion tank, and warranty.
Are permits included?+
Yes. Every install includes the local permit. We pull it, we file it, we close it out.
Do you haul away my old unit?+
Always. We disconnect, drain, remove, and dispose of your old heater at no extra cost.
How long does installation take?+
Most installs take 2–4 hours from arrival to first hot tap.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes — we offer 0% promotional financing for qualified customers. Ask when you book.
What brands do you install?+
We install top-tier American brands including Rheem, A.O. Smith, and Bradford White, depending on availability and your home's setup.
